As an online sales consultant and social media manager for a builder it would be interesting if we could truly get realtors involved in mentioning our properties with cool tools like Foursquare. Perhaps you could have &quot;Foursquare Open Houses&quot; to invite realtors by and introduce them to the benefits of Foursquare to their listings. Then they could start by marking their location at the site they are on.  Interesting ideas.</description>
