As an online sales consultant and social media manager for a builder it would be interesting if we could truly get realtors involved in mentioning our properties with cool tools like Foursquare. Perhaps you could have "Foursquare Open Houses" to invite realtors by and introduce them to the benefits of Foursquare to their listings. Then they could start by marking their location at the site they are on. Interesting ideas. Dennis, this is an interesting concept for new homes.
